UHS Interact Club

Please turn in volunteer hours to the office first and then to Mr. Johnson (Room 103).

 

To turn in hours, you can turn in the volunteer forms provided by UHS (you can turn in any of the sheets).

 

Please note, you do not have to use the forms from the school, but if using an alternate form, you must have substantial evidence of completing the event (ie. coordinator contact information and signature).
